As long as it works on at least some of the indications, it is not totally a failure, as long as the inventor of the procedure doe’s not claim it works on a particular indication only, and on which it shows no sign of success. How Mr. Yush understands the effectiveness of certain procedure is another matter. But there got to be a generally accepted concept about it, and he can’t fight with that.
