我的牙医是香港人,美国护照,但是根据香港特区的法律,他们一家又申领了特区护照+回乡证,这样变成三边都不用签证

就是有一点还是没搞清楚,进出中国香港或美国是不是各方边检只管各自国家出境入境章齐全,不管目的地国的出入境纪录?这样才能一次旅行换照过关
